Damian Quinn
Damian Quinn is an actor who trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, where he was lucky enough to work with directors and tutors such as Sheila Allen and Andrew Jarvis.
Since leaving Mountview, Damian’s work includes an extensive tour of Macbeth for the Young Shakespeare Company (directed by Fiona Penny), appearing in the short film “One Year Since”, screened at the East End Film Festival, and voice work for Listening Books. He also appeared at the Greenwich Playhouse in “The Maias” adapted for the stage by Alice de Sousa.
Damian is currently appearing in King John at the Union Theatre directed by Phil Willmott which opened to great reviews. (Time Out **** Critics Choice and nominated for Off West End Awards 2012 Best Productions and Best Director).
In March Damian will be returning to the Greenwich Playhouse for the last production to be staged at this historic off West End venue - The Duchess of Malfi - in which he will play the part of Bosola.
Prior to joining the profession, Damian worked for over ten years as a corporate lawyer in the City of London.
